A blockbuster NBA trade idea sending Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen to the Milwaukee Bucks, Jonathan Kuminga to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Myles Turner to the Golden State Warriors has been created.

NBA writer Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report created the following trade idea between the Bucks, Cavaliers, Warriors, Indiana Pacers and Brooklyn Nets:

Bucks get: Darius Garland (from Cavaliers), Jarrett Allen (from Cavaliers), Thomas Bryant (from Cavaliers), Terance Mann (from Nets), $2.3 million trade exception (Cole Anthony), $2.3 million trade exception (Amir Coffey)

Cavaliers get: Jonathan Kuminga (from Warriors), Bobby Portis (from Bucks), 2027 protected first-rounder (from Warriors), 2031 protected first-rounder (from Bucks), $14.5 million trade exception (Darius Garland), $6.6 million trade exception (Jarrett Allen), $2.3 million trade exception (Thomas Bryant)

Warriors get: Myles Turner (from Bucks), Day’Ron Sharpe (from Nets), $2.2 million trade exception (Trayce Jackson-Davis)

Pacers get: Trayce Jackson-Davis (from Warriors)

Nets get: Kyle Kuzma (from Bucks), Cole Anthony (from Bucks), Amir Coffey (from Bucks), Al Horford (from Warriors), Buddy Hield (from Warriors), 2027 Utah Jazz second-rounder (from Pacers), 2028 second-rounder (from Cavaliers), 2030 conditional second-rounder (from Warriors), $5 million (from Warriors), $3 million (from Cavaliers), $6.3 million trade exception (Day’Ron Sharpe)

The Bucks are looking to upgrade the roster around Giannis Antetokounmpo, while the Warriors will trade Kuminga once his trade restriction is lifted after January 14, NBA sources told DallasHoopsJournal.

Kuminga signed a two-year, $48.5 million deal with the Warriors to end his restricted free agency this past offseason. The second year of the deal, which is a team option, is designed for Golden State — or another team if and when Kuminga is traded — to rip up and construct a new contract next offseason.

This NBA trade idea from Pincus is pretty complex, but it’s legal under CBA rules.

Garland is making $39.4 million this season, Allen is making $20 million, Kuminga is making $22.5 million and Turner is making $25.3 million.
