One NBA analyst is proposing that the Miami Heat acquire LeBron James and Bronny James from the Los Angeles Lakers.

Connor Thoms of Bleacher Report proposed the following trade idea between the Heat and Lakers:

Miami Heat get: LeBron James, Bronny James

Los Angeles Lakers get: Andrew Wiggins, Terry Rozier, two first-round picks

LeBron played for the Heat from 2010-11 to 2013-14. He won two MVPs, two championships and two Finals MVPs with Miami.

The leading scorer in NBA history, LeBron has a no-trade clause in his contract. There are rumors that he’s upset with the Lakers, who are building for the future with Luka Doncic.

If LeBron requests a trade from the Lakers, going back to Miami to play for head coach Erik Spoelstra and with All-Stars Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro could give him the best chance to win his fifth championship.

If the Heat trade for LeBron, they could start Herro, Norman Powell, LeBron, Adebayo and Kel’el Ware.

LeBron turns 41 in December. He’s the oldest active player in the NBA. However, the four-time MVP and four-time Finals MVP is still an elite force, as LeBron made the All-NBA Second Team last season and finished sixth in MVP voting.

A top 75 player of all time, LeBron appeared in 70 games for the Lakers last season. He averaged 24.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.2 assists while shooting 51.3% from the field, 37.6% from beyond the arc and 78.2% from the free-throw line.

The Heat have a terrific development program, which would be perfect for Bronny. While the James family has a beautiful house in Los Angeles, they can find a nice home in Miami, maybe even the one they lived in when LeBron played for the Heat back in the day.

LeBron will make $52.6 million next season in the final year of his contract, while Bronny will make $1.9 million. This trade idea Thoms created works under CBA rules, as Wiggins will make $28.2 million next season and Rozier will make $26.6 million in the final year of his deal.
