New Intel Reveals if Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James Wants Farewell Tour in Final NBA Season

New intel has revealed if Los Angeles Lakers star small forward LeBron James wants a farewell tour in his final NBA season.
James, who turns 41 in December, could retire from the NBA after next season. The basketball legend will make $52.6 million next season in the final year of his contract with the Lakers.
According to Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com, James wants to take the route Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade took, which would be getting a farewell tour.
“The one thing that I will say is that he is going, I believe, based on everything that I know about LeBron and all the conversations that I’ve had with people in his orbit, his general orbit, I believe that LeBron is going to make it known that he is going to retire before he retires,” Fedor said. “It’s not going to be a situation where he plays out the final year, and then in the offseason, he just retires.
“The sense that I get is LeBron wants it all. He wants the farewell tour. He wants all of these different franchises reliving all of his moments against them. He wants all of the glitz and the glam that comes with one of the greatest players, if not the greatest player of all time, calling it quits eventually.”
James entered the NBA in 2003. He’s played for the Cleveland Cavaliers (twice), Miami Heat and Lakers and won four MVPs, four championships and four Finals MVPs.
James played for the Cavaliers from 2003-2010, the Heat from 2010-14 and the Cavaliers again from 2014-2018. The superstar has been on the Lakers since 2018.
A 21-time All-Star, James is the leading scorer in NBA history. He’s the only player to rank top five all-time in points and assists. James is fourth all-time in assists, trailing only John Stockton, Chris Paul and Jason Kidd.
Arguably the best player in NBA history, James has career averages of 27.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.7 blocks.
