
The Chicago Bulls are trading Coby White and Mike Conley to the Charlotte Hornets for Collin Sexton, Ousmane Dieng and three second-round picks, per NBA insider Shams Charania of ESPN.
White, Conley and Sexton become unrestricted free agents this offseason, while Dieng becomes a restricted free agent.
White played college basketball at UNC and was born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He joins a talented Hornets team led by LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Miles Bridges and Kon Knueppel.
The 25-year-old White is averaging 18.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game this season while shooting 43.8% from the field, 34.6% from beyond the arc and 80.5% from the free-throw line. He was the seventh overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
Coby White holds career averages of 15.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
