Dallas Mavericks Release 2025 Preseason Schedule, Will Hold Training Camp in Vancouver

The Dallas Mavericks will tip off their 2025 preseason with a high-profile matchup against the defending NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, Oct. 6, at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, the team announced Tuesday.

The Mavericks will play four exhibition games in total, highlighted by two home contests and a pair of road matchups. After facing the Thunder, Dallas will return to American Airlines Center on Saturday, Oct. 11, to host the Charlotte Hornets.

From there, the team heads west for a matchup against the Utah Jazz on Monday, Oct. 13, at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. The Mavericks will close their preseason schedule on Wednesday, Oct. 15, with a marquee neutral-site clash against the Los Angeles Lakers at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Broadcast and ticket information for all preseason games will be released at a later date.

Before the preseason begins, the Mavericks will hold training camp from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4 in Vancouver, Canada. Camp will be hosted on the campus of Simon Fraser University.

  • Sat. Oct. 11 – vs. Charlotte Hornets, 7:30 p.m. CT (American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX)
  • Mon. Oct. 13 – at Utah Jazz, 8:00 p.m. CT (Delta Center, Salt Lake City, UT)
  • Wed. Oct. 15 – at L.A. Lakers, 9:00 p.m. CT (T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, NV)
