Los Angeles Clippers Interested In Trading For Sacramento Kings’ DeMar DeRozan

According to NBA insider Sam Amick of The Athletic, the Los Angeles Clippers are interested in trading for Sacramento Kings forward DeMar DeRozan.
The Kings are open for business after starting the season 4-13.
“DeMar DeRozan, the 36-year-old who league sources say has some interest from the LA Clippers, has a partial guarantee on his deal for next season (approximately $10 million of his $25.7 million),” Amick wrote.
DeRozan was born and raised in California. He has relationships with Clippers stars James Harden and Kawhi Leonard.
A six-time All-Star, DeRozan is making $24.8 million this season. The USC product has a partial guarantee on his deal for next season, approximately $10 million of his $25.7 million.
The 36-year-old DeRozan is averaging 17.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game for the Kings this season while shooting 49.5% from the field, 36.1% from beyond the arc and 87.7% from the free-throw line.
DeRozan has played for the Toronto Raptors, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls and Kings. He holds career averages of 21.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game. The USC product has made three All-NBA teams in his career.
The Clippers are the oldest team in the NBA. They have started the season 5-12.
