ARLINGTON, Texas — Paige Bueckers carries a probable designation into the Dallas Wings‘ matchup with the Las Vegas Aces at College Park Center, with her availability not yet confirmed.

Bueckers was listed as probable with a left leg designation on the Wings’ Wednesday injury report. She was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice at SMU and spoke with the media afterward.

Paige Bueckers Remains Probable

A probable tag does not guarantee availability. Rookie Azzi Fudd was listed as probable earlier this season before ultimately being ruled out against the Washington Mystics as she dealt with a knee injury.

The second-year guard has been central to the Wings’ 4-3 start. She is averaging 19.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists in 32.7 minutes per game, shooting 52.2% from the field, 48.3% from three, and 80.6% from the free-throw line.

Bueckers tied for the team lead with 24 points in Sunday’s 91-76 win over the New York Liberty at Barclays Center, finishing 7-of-13 from the field and a perfect 8-of-8 from the free-throw line in 36 minutes. She also defended Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu on switches as the Wings held the 2024 WNBA champions to 32 second-half points.

During that win, Bueckers eclipsed the 820-point, 160-rebound, and 225-assist marks for her career, tying Caitlin Clark for the fastest player in WNBA history to reach those combined totals in 43 games.

Additional Injury Notes

Arike Ogunbowale (illness) was downgraded to questionable, while Alanna Smith (illness) is now doubtful to play after not going through shootaround. Ogunbowale practiced on Wednesday, but Smith did not. Las Vegas listed guard Dana Evans as out with a left leg injury.

Thursday’s tip-off is set for 7 p.m. CT on Prime. The Aces hold a 46-36 lead in the all-time series, and Dallas hasn’t beaten Las Vegas in the regular season since August 27, 2024.
