Moussa Cissé has agreed to sign an Exhibit 10 contract with the Dallas Mavericks after going undrafted, DallasHoopsJournal.com confirms.

Cissé, a 7-foot center from Conakry, Guinea, went undrafted in the 2025 NBA Draft despite a decorated college career defined by rim protection and physical tools. He played five collegiate seasons across four programs — Memphis, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, and again Memphis — averaging 6.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks in 19.5 minutes per game over 150 career outings.

In his final season at Memphis, Cissé appeared in 35 games as a part-time starter, posting 5.7 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in just 18.2 minutes per contest. His defensive instincts and vertical presence remained his calling card, although his offensive game and free-throw shooting continued to limit his impact on that end.

A former five-star recruit and Tennessee Mr. Basketball honoree in high school, Cissé earned AAC Freshman of the Year honors in 2021 and was later named Big 12 Co-Defensive Player of the Year at Oklahoma State. Across multiple stops, he consistently anchored the interior and set the tone defensively.

An Exhibit 10 contract allows Cissé to attend training camp and Summer League with the Mavericks. If waived, he would be eligible for a bonus of up to $85,000 should he spend at least 60 days with the Texas Legends, Dallas’ G League affiliate. The deal can also be converted to a two-way contract prior to the start of the regular season.

Cissé is expected to join a Mavericks Summer League roster that includes top pick Cooper Flagg and two-way signees Ryan Nembhard and Miles Kelly. The Mavericks continue to add high-upside developmental prospects as they round out their offseason roster.
